Greet and Check-In Patients:
Welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the office, check them in for their appointments, and verify their personal and insurance information.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the appointment book efficiently, schedule appointments accurately, and coordinate with patients to find convenient appointment times.
Answering Phone Calls:
Handle incoming calls professionally, provide information to patients, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments over the phone.
Patient Coordination:
Coordinate patient flow within the office, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner and that their needs are met.
Insurance Verification:
Verify patients' insurance coverage, process insurance claims, and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
Payment Processing:
Collect co-pays, process payments, and provide patients with accurate information regarding their financial responsibilities.
Maintain Patient Records:
Ensure patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidentially maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Office Administration:
Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.

Experience:
Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
