Call Center Customer Service Responsibilities: Serves all new ACS patients over the phone, recording all appropriate demographic and insurance information. Coordinates new patient's need for INR meters and meter training. INR prescription support: validates, scans, and updates all INR prescriptions for all ACS patients as needed. Answers calls from new and existing patients, handling calls as appropriate. 1st level technical support assisting patients with testing and reporting issues. Patient training follow up calls.
