The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all financial reports are processed in a timely manner and accurately reflect the organization's revenue, expenses and gains/losses.
The Accounting Specialist will need to have the ability to perform routine financial analysis and will have the opportunity to grow their career in this exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish accounting policies and procedures for international subsidiaries.
Review and deposit rent and reconcile them with original receipts and purchase orders.
Audit financial statements to ensure they conform to legal and accounting standards.
Provide consultation services on tax planning strategies and compliance.
Conduct research and analysis to support the strategies of the company.
Develop short- and long-range plans for tax compliance, management, and audit.
Follow up on overdue tax payments and delinquent files to reduce or eliminate tax debts.
