In this role, you will be exposed to the dynamics of trademark licensing.
You will see your efforts help to advance and protect the trademarks of our clients.
You will be provided all necessary training on-site; however, an existing proficiency in excel and analyzing data is preferred.

Carlsbad, CA (Faraday & El Camino Real) Duties:
Process quarterly royalty reports:
Communicate with vendors who submit incomplete or incorrect reports and/or payments Receive, organize, and interpret reports in a variety of formats Compare reports with vendors' license agreements to ensure complete and accurate reporting Distribute royalty payments and summary reports to client organizations Adjust invoices for underpaid and overpaid royalty payments, issuing refunds as necessary Assess interest for late-payments and process refunds Account Compliance:
Collect, sort, and interpret large amounts of excel sales data to assist with vendor audits Manage independent and dynamic projects including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, auditing, labeling compliance, assessing interest on late payments, and customer service Assist in management of vendor database, keeping data current Perform a variety of organizational and administrative tasks Collect metrics on company performance and create monthly reports Manage process and obligations upon termination communication for terminated contracts Assist in monitoring vendor contract compliance and follow through Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills:
highly skilled in typing, writing, grammar, punctuation, and oral communication (speaking clearly and effectively on the phone) Flexibility to adapt to and balance different project demands Highly organized, able to sort, prioritize, and follow up with multiple projects including large amounts of sales data Self-motivated, able to anticipate needs of the office and able to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision Computer literacy:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
