Position Overview:
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem solving, and interacting with various employees and distributors.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Position
Responsibilities:
Perform assignments exercising discretion and independent judgment.
Manage software tracking sales compensation programs.
Create & publish attractive promotional emails.
From time-to-time support members of the Executive Team at trade conferences.
Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associate Degree preferred.
Adobe Illustrator or similar software expertise.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
Flexible in responding to unanticipated situations.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
