We are seeking a full-time Technical Services Representative.
DESCRIPTION The Technical Services Representative is responsible for client and technical support, post-purchase customer training, and new product development support.
This position requires expert knowledge of the company's hardware, software, and service products.
The Technical Services Representative is expected to utilize outstanding customer service skills and techniques that promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidates must be willing to spend time providing technical support via the phone and email, as well as creating sales orders and documenting technical calls.
As the Technical Services Representative gains expertise and knowledge of the company's hardware, software, and service products, acquired in part from interactions with clients, they will assist in the development of the next generation of products.
This is not an IT position or a call center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide client and patient support via telephone and email Troubleshoot customer problems Complete technical call logs needed to maintain our ISO regulatory listing Remotely train new clients to use our products Generate sales orders and return authorizations Assist with new products in development CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Excellent people skills and telephone skills Ability to combine product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve previously undiscovered customer issues Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to multi-task while being highly detail-oriented Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills Experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Independently motivated worker Job Type:
