Service Cashier

The qualified candidate will be responsible for closing out repair orders, and properly collecting payment on repair orders and other amounts due to the company while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Ensure that each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
Collect money for repair orders, counter tickets, rentals, vehicle sales, and other cash transactions.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
Refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Must wear a dealership provided uniform, maintaining a professional personal appearance.
Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and 2 years experience in a retail environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Dealership experience preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate and work with customers.
Cash handling skills required.
Must be computer literate.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
