About the Position GameDay Men's Health is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Operations with a passion for the health and wellness franchise space and a strong background in operations management.
This role will be instrumental in scaling our franchise operations while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning, process improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities Direct and coordinate all operational functions, including franchise onboarding, training, and coaching.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals, and ensure all operational processes are efficient and effective.
Lead the Operations team and cultivate a high-performance culture through development, coaching, and recognition.
Oversee the hiring, training, and management of staff across all operational departments.
Maintain strict compliance with all local and state regulations.
Work closely with the CEO and other executives to set strategic direction and establish long-term business plans.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Oversee budget and resources.
Develop key performance indicators for operational areas and ensure all departments meet their objectives.
Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale, aligning with Gameday's mission and values.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the healthcare or franchise industry or a related field.
Proven experience in multi-unit operations and leading a nationwide team Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
Strong knowledge of healthcare and franchise regulations and industry best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on staff development.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical business decisions.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
