YOUR MISSION Handle territory of accounts as assigned by Credit Manager.
Prepare reports with credit information for use in decision making.
Set and maintain customer credit limits.
Assess credit history/worthiness to help make future decisions.
Perform ongoing cash collections.
Assist with order management and risk assessment.
Research and resolve customer disputes/charge backs.
Limited travel may be required.
Daily telephone calls to resolve credit issues.
Elevate problems to appropriate level.
Correspond with assigned customer accounts on a regular basis to pro-actively resolve credit issues.
Review comps/financial data.
YOUR TALENT 2-5 years of successful commercial collection and/or credit experience.
Experience with credit worthiness determination and collections are required.
Microsoft office experience is required.
SAP / Collection Software experience is desired.
Bachelor's Degree is desired.
Must be analytical, detail oriented, articulate and must be able to work independently.
Excellent follow through skills.
Will be service oriented and have experience managing a territory of retail customers.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $25-$27 per hour.
This position is a temporary.
6-month role paid through a third party.
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
