About the Opportunity We're currently looking for an HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in our Sunny San Diego (West Coast) Flagship or in the NEW Chelsea (East Coast) Flagship! This role will be the primary point of contact for everything payroll and benefits and will be joining our Total Rewards Team.
This role will be hybrid offering onsite and remote support to employees across the US.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact to research and resolve employee payroll and benefit related questions across all US sites.
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll (Salary and Hourly Employees
Bonuses, commissions, etc.
) for Fashionphile along with other payroll activities.
Ensure that payroll and benefits comply with local, state, and federal laws and reporting requirements.
Vendor Management of multiple partnerships including payroll provider, benefits broker, etc.

Support retirement plan programs including enrollment, contribution updates, and company match.
Own monthly audit of invoicing for all vendors including Medical, FSA, 401K, HRIS System.
Support LOAs related to medical benefit premiums and all state setups and quarterly taxes Work on payroll and benefits related projects, as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher in the field Human Resources, Organizational Management or Business preferred 2
years of payroll and benefits administration experience Experience handling multi-state payroll and new state set up Experience working with third party vendors and managing to deliverables Working knowledge of wage and hour law with the ability to learn other state laws where Fashionphile has employees Experience with end-to-end benefits activities including 401k administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with G Suite and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
Ability to work independently, managing time efficiently, multi-task, meet deadlines, handle confidential records and issues appropriately Nice to Have:
