Job Summary We are seeking awesome ice cream scoopers to work in our beautiful scoop shops.
We are seeking candidates who excel at customer service and want to serve customers the finest ice cream in the world.
Join our friendly team of hard-working scoopers at the best job you'll ever have! Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Greeting and helping customers ? Provide stellar customer service and hospitality ? Scooping delicious ice cream with precision, making milkshakes, sundaes, cookie sandwiches, and filling pints ? Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards of the shop ? Operating the point of sale system and handling cash ? Opening and closing duties as needed Additional Notes/Schedule Requirement ? Must be available to work daytime, weekends and holidays or as needed by the business.
Minimum Qualifications ? Basic math skills and ability to use a point-of-sale system.
? Weekend availability a must ? Firm belief in the value of being genuinely hospitable to all customers ? A commitment to creating a hospitality driven culture within your shop ? Leads by example ? Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs - including evenings, weekends, and holidays ? Detail oriented ? Loves and/or has great respect for ice cream - Especially the finest ice creams ? Must be legally authorized to work in the U.
S Physical Demands and Work Environment ? Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time ? Climbing up and down ladders or stairs from time to time ? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Working Environment ? Exposure to extreme cold when working near freezers ?
