The successful candidate will be responsible for performing insurance verifications , greeting patients, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the staff.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments and has worked with Excel in past work expereince
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Manage the appointment calendar for the office.
has experience in medical software EMR.
experience in medical insurance verifications.
added plus is a MA trained in excel.
