Strategic Leadership:
Participate in patient care conferences and supervise the RN's, Home Health Aides, and LVN, while ensuring continuing-education and team-growth.
Collaborative Partnerships:
Collaborate with the attending physician, Hospice House Medical Director, and other members of the interdisciplinary Hospice team to ensure quality of care and develop programmatic vision.
Organizational Impact:
Serve as a key member of the leadership-team, providing oversight to the care given to patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and regularly reviews and ensures the following of the plan of care.
