1 year experience in a small animal hospital AND:
Be friendly, personable and people oriented Love animals! Have the ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks Have strong communication skills (with our clients, doctors and team) Appointment scheduling (effectively triage based on information provided) Familiarity with basic surgical procedures, vaccines and medications Proficiency with computers is required
