Responsibilities Manages work orders pertaining to specific program and directs the workflow through the MJF post process areas.
Work with department leads, expeditors and program managers regarding scheduling, root cause/ corrective actions, and RMAs.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all work orders for their specific program.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing the Production daily ship list and updating the Forecast PM Team with questionable geometry, issues, concerns and schedules that can't be met.
Maintain an OTD of 95% or better in accordance with MJF metrics Entering in data to the QA database Work closely with the MJF Supervisors, Engineering, Project Technicians and the Shipping Department Perform work instructions as detailed on the Job Sheet Visually inspect parts for defects Reject any parts that cannot meet the customer's needs and create an appendix Ensure that all jobs make it to the QC and shipping department on time Maintain a safe work environment Promote a positive work environment Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to read, understand, and execute work per detailed job instructions Ability to multi-task and open to new ideas Attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a team Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision Product Scheduler experience Project Management Experience Education requirements - 2-year associate degree in related field Before applying, please note:
