This entails developing a tailored and strategic plan based on the skills and needs of each client.
The candidate will assist each client in resume and cover letter development, researching job boards and industries, application assistance, interview preparation, onboarding process, as well as job coaching.
Must be able to identify potential job opportunities with client skill set, ranging from entry level positions to C-Suite Executives.
The candidate will stay informed of upcoming career fairs, networking events and will accompany clients to these events when needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of job developing, recruiting and job coaching people with disabilities.
Ideally placing 5 clients per month.
Computer Savvy, resume and cover letter development, personable, empathetic, patient, resourceful, and strong communication skills.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or social services a must Ideally having an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field.
Must be able to drive clients with valid driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
