Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Provide administrative support to the Senior Leaders, encompassing, but not limited to, word processing, preparation of correspondence and reports, filing, copying and organizational projects.
Organize and complete a variety of projects such as, spreadsheets, presentations, strategic plans, research, and data analysis.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
Schedule, organize and coordinate complex and critical activities including business meetings, travel arrangements, appointments and conferences.
Support special projects and large group events.
Serve as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including executive management, business professionals, and technical staff.
Screens phone calls.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years previous administrative experience providing support for C-level executives Experience must reflect increasingly responsible tasks and projects BA/BS preferred; High School Diploma required Excellent typing and computer skills:
Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail and calendar) and Internet Previous experience managing and implementing events Ability to work effectively with employees from multiple departments, customers and vendors Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and follow-up skills Able to maintain complete confidentiality Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects and be deadline oriented Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within an IT organization preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time Moderate keyboard usage This position has the following safety hazards:
