Job Description The Junior Customer Service/Logistics Clerk reinforces our Customer/Logistics team and supports with controlling and moving inventory, order processing, handling customer requests and supporting our field sales team.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Oversee the movement and timely shipping of instrument inventory Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on providing helpful information Address customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving Respond to customer requests, providing detailed and accurate information by email and phone.
Logistics Support:
Generate shipping labels, ensuring accurate information and compliance with regulations Coordinate pickups, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched Picking and packing products Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with field representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the company's products, industry trends, and relevant medical procedures.
