Following the increasing demand for our service, we are now looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join the Orbian Operations Team.
The CSA will be part of the Operations Team which is based in the UK (London) but will report locally to the US (Carlsbad) office.
Prior experience working in matrix organizations, remotely, and across time-zones will be helpful.
It is expected that the successful candidate to commute into the office every day.
Office attendance may be reviewed in the future.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service excellence.
You will be required to undertake the duties identified below in compliance with our policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Additionally, you will be required to work virtually with the Orbian Operations Team in London and attend all Operations and Customer Service meetings scheduled within US business hours (Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm PST).
Main Duties:
Attend to service inquiries from clients Identify clients' needs and respond to calls and requests in a timely manner Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Investigate potential complaints and provide satisfactory resolution Record and action all inbound calls in the Salesforce (CRM) System Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Ensuring that information shared with clients is accurate and validated properly Adhere to relevant escalation when required with the technical team in order to reach resolution Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Provide support to Buyer & Supplier clients to ensure business needs are met Communicate and process return payments when they occur Attend to Payments Files Failures inquiries and ensure that they are communicated to the clients in a timely manner Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Adhere to authentication factor as defined in the policy Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business and in line with the Orbian Vision Skills / Knowledge required:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associate's degree minimum At least two years' of experience in Financial Services An understanding of basic customer service principles Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in combining professional call-handling skills with data/interactive web transactions Able to adapt to changes and new processes/systems Exposure to dealing with confidential and sensitive information and experience handling situations with discretion and integrity Skills Required Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook Ability to quickly learn CRM Software (Salesforce) and other programs Ability to work virtually and cross-functionally with other Orbian team members and departments (domestically and internationally) Customer-centric approach Solid interpersonal skills to operate in a small office environment Ability to establish and prioritize daily tasks Compensation.
