The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests by assisting with their luggage, providing information about the Residence Club's amenities, shuttling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their arrival, stay and check-out.

What We Expect:
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Owner and Guest Assistance:
Greeting owners and guests upon arrival and assisting with efficient luggage handling.
Providing information about the Residence Club's amenities and local attractions.
Handling guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous and helpful manner, exceeding expectations as needed.
Coordinating with the Front Office team to ensure smooth arrival and check-out processes.
Shuttling guests and/or providing transportation information.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have:
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs.
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a Front Office setting.
