Interact with customers via email, phone, social media, and other channels to provide superior customer experience Process orders to ensure seamless and timely processing Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Respond to escalated customer reviews or inquiries Update essential information on sales channels (Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, etc) Always represent the company in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers In this job, you will learn:

Experience:
Minimum two years of work experience as a or Customer Service Representative relevant role Strong phone etiquette with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Willingness to help customers High level of interpersonal maturity, poise, and professionalism Team player who demonstrates a positive attitude, energy, problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to collaboration, and sense of humor Tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office suite and other databases Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize and utilize time management skills to meet deadlines Job Type:
