This person will be an extension of the eyes and ears for the CEO they support and establish a close and high-level partnership.
The majority of work will be done remotely from home, but there will be occasional in-person support needed in the Carlsbad/Encinitas/San Diego local area.

Responsibilities:
Email & Communication Management Overall freeing up the CEO's time, acting as her eyes and ears inside the company Work with CEO to develop a system and process to take over managing her entire inbox which includes internal communication, client communication, and sales/prospect communication Process emails for CEO in real-time and indicate priority of emails in the inbox, and/or setup ticket for operations review Scan and extract valuable information communicated via email Clean unnecessary items out of inbox that CEO does not need Learn CEO's tone and style to be draft and send email responses Learning the CEO's style in providing creative and strategic feedback to team internally - eventually being able to anticipate and provide feedback directly Identify opportunities to produce new interactions based on context gathered via email review Ordering marketing products for clients (gathering quotes, sending products to print, working with accounting to invoice, etc) Oversee all Slack channels and ensure that all questions get answered, and pass along anything that the CEO should provide input on Task and Time Management Record all tasks assigned and performed in wrike, including a detailed record of time Prioritize different types of tasks and meet deadlines in real-time in a fluid environment Stay up to date on task management throughout each business day and communicate effectively regarding what is most important Ensure leadership and other team members meet deadlines for action items requested by CEO (reports, meeting follow up action items, etc.
) Ensure that CEO meets deadlines for items she is accountable for (all meeting action items) Calendar & Meeting Management Manage Executive's time based closely on their priorities.
Have confidence and sound judgment in pushing back on the Executive when they get distracted from their top priorities.
Expertly maintain and update calendar based on Executive's preference in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all meetings are set up for success - including having accurate locations, contact details, links, codes, etc.
Confirm appointments and alert Executive of any conflicts or updates.
When necessary, book travel and accommodations for Executive Attend meetings with CEO to take minutes, track action items committed to in meetings, and create follow-up emails.
Plan for future interactions that Executive may want to deliver to their network Sales Support Manage CRM and lead tracking platform Prospect research Proposal and contract preparation Prospect follow up communication and meetings Quoting with internal team/ops as needed Support recruitment and networking through CEO's Linkedin connections Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job Traits:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
