This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and be well spoken.
Responsibilities Answering phones and emails from patients, vendors, etc.
Scheduling patient appointments Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Verifying insurance benefits( large part of the job) Scanning, filing, and organizing documents and correspondence Assisting with data entry into the office system Assisting patients with obtaining their records Performing other office duties as needed Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred Dental Office experience required Job Types:
