SUMMARY
We currently have a full-time opening for a Project Manager at our Carlsbad, California headquarters.
This position will, under minimal supervision and direction, independently work to plan, direct, coordinate, influence and exercise authority for planning, organization control, integration, and completion of product development and other projects. Responsible for all goals and objectives of project, including completion within prescribed time frame and funding parameters, by performing the following duties personally or through others. This position shall ensure coordinated project/portfolio execution utilizing both industry standards and Breg quality processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes influence to lead a cross functional team comprised of but not limited to the following: sales, customer service, IT, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations to ensure completion of the project.
Develops project plans and formulates all aspects of new product development and other projects including defining the project goals and objectives, activities, milestones, costs of project, equipment, and other resource requirements.
Interfaces with functional areas to establish work plans and resourcing for each project phase.
Coordinates project personnel activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget while maintaining quality standards.
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Communicates project health effectively across the organization.
Manages project personnel conflicts to provide counsel, ensure appropriate resources, and resolve challenges.
Responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are met on all projects.
Responsible for providing performance feedback for each participant on the project to appropriate functional manager.
Conducts status meetings and provides regular milestone updates to executive management.
Maintains the Design History File (DHF) as applicable for active product development projects and supports the Design Control efforts for these products.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices.
Works within the scope of QSR (Quality System Regulation) and ISO (International Standards Organization) requirements for medical products.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Engineering.
Individual must possess progressive project management experience.
Six years related engineering and/or project management experience and/or training is preferred.
Requires ability to influence cross functional resources to achieve high quality, on-time results.
Experience with Microsoft Project is required.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.
Regulated industry ie: medical or defense project management experience is preferred.
Spanish fluency is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
