The successful candidate will complete a variety of routine complex and/or difficult tasks in order to migrate our products from paper manuals/documentation to web-only versions.
Coordinates with product managers to get manual removal pre-approval.
Works with manufacturing and quality to understand and comply with each plants change control process.
Verify and ensure that each prospective manual is available on www.lifetechnologies.com.
Responsible for the removal of product manuals from the bill of material and their subsequent discontinuation/scrapping.
Modify bill of materials in Agile and/or other systems (SAP, E1, etc.) as necessary.
Oversee the overall approval work flow.
Skills/Qualities:
Expert knowledge of ERP (SAP and/or E1) and MRP systems, principles, and navigation.
Experience with Agile (or other product data management/product lifecycle management systems) and change control processes a plus.
High level of proficiency in computer applications and current software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, project) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, across functions, is a must.
Accuracy and attention to detail are compulsory.
Effectiveness in this role requires the ability to quickly attain a functional knowledge of our policies and procedures.

Education
Education:
Associate degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
