Call Center Customer Service


Responsibilities:
Serves all new ACS patients over the phone, recording all appropriate demographic and insurance information.
Coordinates new patient's need for INR meters and meter training.
INR prescription support: validates, scans, and updates all INR prescriptions for all ACS patients as needed.
Answers calls from new and existing patients, handling calls as appropriate.
1st level technical support assisting patients with testing and reporting issues.
Patient training follow up calls
Accurately Scanning documents into patient accounts.
Contacting Doctor's office in regards to patient issues.
Supports reorder patients, coordinating shipments of INR test strips and lancets as needed, and scanning delivery tickets as required.
Packaging all patient supplies and accurately Shipping to patient or trainers via UPS and USPS.
Attends all team and company training as required.
Everything and anything to get the job done.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma required
Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
Typing accuracy of 45 wpm minimum
Knowledge of medical terminology
1-2 years administrative experience preferred
1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
Database and accounting data entry experience preferred
Clear diction and knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality
Solid mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Bilingual in Spanish (read, write and speak) preferred
Medical background is a plus

$11/hr starting pay

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
