POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Jenny Craig Call Center Sales Agent , you will be responsible and accountable for meeting the needs of potential clients through the professional delivery of the Jenny Craig Program, including the handling of inbound calls and making outbound calls to sell memberships and products utilizing scripted presentations. He/she is accountable for executing exceptional customer service over the telephone while complying with program integrity. The Call Center Sales Agent is expected to meet all sales quotas, service standards, and operational procedures through the flawless execution of the Company's mission, vision and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for sales, call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results. Be available to take inbound calls and make out bound calls to no sales, RTA's and assigned leads, unless on break/lunch, in training, or directed by Supervisor to make outbound calls. Inbound and Outbound calls must follow consultative guidelines. Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment.
Responsible for seeking self-development through monitoring, coaching and training to expand knowledge of program. Required to attend weekly staff meetings, and quarterly Continuing Education (CE) meetings including pre-work and passing all certification courses as well as any courses assigned in TMS. Must effectively use communication skills, sales and phone skills to maximize Call Center revenue as directed by the Supervisor.
Responsible and accountable for conducting all sales presentations as defined by the Company's policies and procedures
Responsible for the quality of work including the completion of necessary documentation, launching and adhering to scripts, entering all leads, data and order accuracy, scheduling Food A's, maintaining call integrity, and health waivers.
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound lead calls. Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for effectively overseeing the resolution of customer service. Communicates all workflow issues to Supervisor immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS
Some college preferred; High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or sales experience preferred
Customer service experience
Ability to adapt within a dynamic and quickly changing telecommunications environment
Basic computer skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
