Call Center Health and Wellness Consultant - Carlsbad, CA
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Jenny Craig At Home Consultant, you will be responsible for helping your clients build a healthy lifestyle program, over the phone. You and your client are a team, working together to identify challenges, set realistic goals, design menus and achieve life changing results. Your on-going support, motivation and consultation will be key to your clients' success. As an over the phone Consultant, you will guide your clients toward their goal, support them each step of the way and be there to celebrate every victory, no matter how big or small.
You will conduct weight loss consultations to clients all over North America. You will support them in losing weight by purchasing and following the Jenny Craig Menu. You will also follow up via email and outbound call to your clients as well as inactive clients.
This position does require previous sales, weight management and/ or call center experience.
Our company is currently interviewing highly interested individuals for full time positions. Please note that this position does require you to be available early mornings OR evening shifts, and one weekend day per week.
This position is located in Carlsbad, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner one-on-one with your clients along their weight loss journey, keeping them motivated and holding them accountable to their dietary and healthy lifestyle goals
Meet weekly sales quota by helping clients lose weight and through purchasing the Jenny Craig menu.
Consistently meet performance expectations, including work schedules and supporting the Center team in achieving goals and quotas
Keep clients successfully on the program by:
spending a majority of your time on the phone with clients, conducting on-time weekly consultations.
Provide guidance to your clients through the use of program materials, menu plans and products
Be your clients' biggest supporter; monitoring results and altering their program as needed
Celebrate milestone achievements with your clients!

QUALIFICATIONS
Some college preferred; High school diploma or equivalent
