Customer Service Reprsentative

IT Company is looking for a customer service professional to provide customer support to our IT customers. Strong IT and customer service experience is a must.
Required Skills:
Must have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Must have a professional demeanor through in-person, telephone, and email communication
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Call Center or Customer Service Skills
Provide excellent and quality customer service to our clients
Demonstrated Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Effective Time Management & Organizational Skills
Proficient & Knowledgeable within a Computer, Windows, and Internet-based
Bachelors Degree Preferred.
Experience in IT industry Preferred
Job Description:
Customer Support Representative must have the ability to solve problems through effective listening, conversation and questioning. Must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Must have Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and act as an effective buffer where necessary. Must be reliable, accountable, use good judgment and able to make sound decisions. Must be able to work under pressure and help team with achieving goals and deadlines. Must have strong time management organizational skills; pays attention to detail, emphasis on accuracy and quality. Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently and in a team environment.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
