Responsible for assuring measurement gages conform to established requirements and standards through appropriate audit, inspection and test activities. Interacts with many different functional departments, calibration service companies and experts outside of company to implement its Calibration goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulates procedures, specifications and standards for calibration processes.
o Develops and implements corrective and preventative action plans.
o Collects and analyzes data for gage and product evaluation.
o Identifies critical personnel, procedures and materials needed for the implementation of new gages.
o Ensures that departments and calibration service companies have necessary information and capabilities to enable calibration system compliance at the company.
o Provides direction and coordinates work schedules for up to six calibration technicians.
Pay- 58.03- 60.18 per hour
Duration- 6 months

o Ability to work within a team environment and build relationships outside of the department as well as outside the company (suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.).
o Ability to meet deadlines, manage changing priorities and strive for results.
o Ability to communicate both orally and in written form to multiple levels of the company.
o Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.
o Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs
o Basic knowledge of metrology, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, Quality System Regulations/standards (ISO 9001) and calibration methods/systems.
Education/ Experience Requirements
o B.S. degree (engineering preferred) plus 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
