Job Title - Purchasing and Inventory Manager
Pay - $48000 a year base plus bonuses
Experience
5 years of inventory experience required
2 years management experience
Extensive experience in excel required
Extensive accounting background a plus
Day to day
Order Parts for Shops and Customers
Receive and Check-in Purchase Orders
Manage Backorders Finding Alternative Solutions
Maintain Safety Stock that Keeps Minimal Backorders
Maintain JIT Inventory Levels
Monitor All Shops Inventory Levels
Coordinate and Participate in Inventory Counts
Reduce Needed Inventory Adjustments
Identify Inefficiency in Processes and Suggest Improvements
Process Warranty Returns from Vendor
Conduct Parts Department Meetings
Maintain Accurate Gross Profit Margins on Parts
Awareness of Competitors Pricing and New Items in Market
Maintain Accuracy of Parts in Netsuite
Prepart Financial Reports
Maintain Accurate Financial Information in Netsuite
Month End Closing
lean-up Negative Inventory
Correct zero average costs
Monitor all inventory adjustments completed
Submit Handpiece Headquarters blanket order
Complete Consignment Usage Reports
Submit Consignment Usage Reports to Vendors
Record entry into Netsuite for Consignment accounts
Inventory Management
Identify and Remove Dead Inventory
Manage Efficient Use of the Kanban Board
Maintain Minimal Inventory Levels that Support Operations
Awareness of Usage
Identify Duplicate Parts
Website
Provide Customer Support to Clients
Maintain Updated Pricing
Add New Parts
Oversee Concerns or Improvement Google Document
Manage Purchase Orders Submitted to Outside Vendors
