Summary:
To lead the Information Technology department and partner with other members of the company executive management committee to ensure the business's evolving technology needs are anticipated and met.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the IT function including the technical applications, infrastructure and information systems across three locations.
A hands-on leader, logical thinker and champion of change that can effectively manage the implementation of IT projects.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the management of IT infrastructure and applications. Oversees technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsible the prioritization and management of IT department projects
Budgeting and planning for IT resources and capital expenditure.
Partners with other functional department leaders to advise on technology and provide relevant information about status of IT projects
Maintaining and improving IT team knowledge of network, software development and programming tools.
Partnering with the IT function at corporate to leverage them when possible and also to ensure all corporate guidelines are followed
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Perform the following duties in a professional way, supporting Ortho Organizers' Quality Policy. Must understand, follow and comply with regulatory requirements as applicable to various processes. An understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR 820) and ISO Standards (ISO 13485) is required.
Experience:
10 years plus managing an IT and development organization required.
IT Management in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment required.
College Degree or similar in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of SQL and SQL based applications
Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing and distribution preferred
Experience managing server environments a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
