Accounts Payable Clerk at Latitude 33 Aviation Carlsbad, CA 92011
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ownership of vendor records, invoices, employee expenses and disbursements.
Handles large volume of data entry in a timely and accurate mannerProduces weekly AP aging report and determines general ledger coding for all payables transactions.
Ensure all vendors are paid according to terms.
Participate in monthly close activities.
Oversee and enforce company policies including corporate travel and expense reporting and credit card policies.
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal associates and external vendors.
Prepares 1099s.
Develop and strengthen policies, procedures and controls.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualities:
8 years relevant work experienceQuickbooks background within the past few years is REQUIRED Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels in an organization (internal and external)Strong desire to investigate and solve problemsDetail oriented and organizedSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyEffective and confident decision making and problem-solving skills, especially under time constraintsTeam playerPowered by JazzHR.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
