FULL-TIME Full-time LOCATION 1265 Laurel Tree Lane Suite 200 Carlsbad CA 92011 The Warehouse Technician assists in a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, stocking, counting, cleaning, testing, and fulfilling process orders.
This position requires an understanding of general warehouse shipping and receiving procedures and applying that knowledge specifically to supplies tracking, materials management, and business procedures that make the organization more efficient, effective and agile.
The Warehouse Technician is very self-motivated with extremely high levels of ethics and integrity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent 1.
Warehouse Responsibilities Ensure orders are picked and shipped correctly and on schedule according to the shipping queue.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the warehouse.
Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with department manager to rectify damages and shortages.
Test, configure, troubleshoot, and clean inventory returning from clubs.
Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks related to the warehouse facilities, including but not limited to sweeping, cleaning, and discarding waste.
Perform other warehouse and office related duties as directed.

Inventory Tracking Responsibilities Process return merchandise authorizations for inventory parts that are under warranty, when the items are either received or returned to the warehouse in an unusable condition, in order to receive appropriate refunds, replacements or to schedule needed repairs.
Process immediate returns for inventory deemed dead on arrival that did not work properly when received from a manufacturer.
Perform numerous essential record keeping duties to organize and ensure accuracy of warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory database records.
Assist in monthly manual inventory counts or with use of scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory counts.

Computer Equipment Imaging and Repairs Test, configure, troubleshoot, and clean inventory returning from clubs.

Special Project Responsibilities Complete tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Complete assignments related to projects within the Information Technology and Club Operations departments.
10% Total 100% ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS The Warehouse Technician reports to the Break Fix Manager.
This position interacts with the following departments within the organization:
Information Technology, Club Operations, Construction & Design, Facilities and Marketing.
This position interacts with numerous vendors and delivery services outside of the organization.
This position has no direct reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong detail orientation to properly follow procedures and accurately enter data.
Knowledge of shipping procedures, recordkeeping, and inventory controls.
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to speak and write effectively.
Demonstrate neat and organized work habits.
Self-starter, motivated to excel, and willing to adapt to change and business growth.
Extremely high levels of ethics and integrity.
Availability to work occasional to frequent overtime.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.
E.
D.
), or commensurate training and relevant experience may be substituted for the minimum education level qualification.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications 1
years of professional work experience.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, squat, push, and pull extensively.
Travel Requirement Travel is not a requirement for this role.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
